  • 1 small kiwi – skin on – vitamin C and fiber for regularity
  • 1/4 avocado – potassium to debloat + fiber and adds creaminess
  • 1 cup baby Spinach – vitamin A, fiber
  • 1/2 cup Frozen pineapple – digestive enzymes
  • 1/2 inch Fresh ginger: digestion and metabolism
  • 1 TBSP Chia seeds – hydration, digestion and elimination
  • Lemon juice: Detoxification, vitamin C, liver support
