Here’s how we’re setting ourselves up for longer days & busier weekends:
Pack the Weekend Bag, But Make It Nutritious. Getaway weekends pop up fast, so why not have your wellness go bag always ready? Here’s what we recommend to include:
Protein-Packed Snacks: Think single-serve nut butters, protein bars (BTR Nation - CODE REALNUTRITION & Raw Rev - CODE REALNUTRITION are our top choices), roasted chickpeas/edamame, or Jerky. Easy portable snacks packed with protein and fiber keep you satisfied and keep your hands out of the chip bag.
Hydration Heroes: A reusable water bottle (with electrolytes), herbal teas, and maybe a green juice to go? Yes, please.
Supplements On-the-Go: Probiotics, magnesium, chia seeds and a few packets of collagen powder to keep your gut happy (and regular) no matter where you’re headed.
