With rising temps and longer days, staying hydrated becomes more than just a wellness buzzword—it’s a true game changer for your energy, appetite, and overall health. Did you know that 60% of your body is made up of water, and even a 1–2% drop in hydration can lead to fatigue, brain fog, and slower metabolism (no thanks!). Proper hydration helps nutrients circulate more effectively, supports digestion (read: flat belly!), and keeps your skin glowing (even after a beach day).

From a nutrition standpoint, hydration can help decrease false hunger cues (sometimes you’re just thirsty, not hungry), support regularity, and improve energy levels so you're not dragging by 3 PM. And let’s be real, on those summer days when the rosé is flowing, staying hydrated helps minimize the not-so-fun after-effects. Consider it your hangover insurance policy.

Our favorite ways to stay hydrated without overthinking it:
