It's Time to Spring Clean… Your Diet!
We’ve just about made it through the longest, grayest winter ever—and with spring officially here, it’s time to shake off the sluggish vibes, ditch the heavy layers (and maybe the heavier meals), and start feeling like your most vibrant self again!

Here are our favorite ways to spring cleaning from the inside out:
Lymphatic Drainage: If you’re feeling puffy, sluggish, or just “meh,” your lymphatic system might need a little boost. Enter: lymphatic drainage massage. This gentle technique helps flush out toxins, reduce inflammation, and support your immune system. Plus, this isn’t just buzzy wellness lingo–it actually works! Eat Lighter, Feel Brighter: Hearty winter meals had their moment, but now we’re leaning into colorful, fresh, light and nutrient-dense meals. Here’s what’s on our spring plate:
Veggie-Packed Everything: Raw, roasted, sautéed— there’s no wrong way to do it. We’re loving shaved radish, roasted asparagus, peas, and leafy greens right now.
Lean Proteins: Wild salmon, organic chicken, tempeh, and pasture-raised eggs are the backbone of satisfying, energizing meals.
Smoothies, Smoothies, Smoothies: Quick, hydrating, and full of nutrients. Add leafy greens, chia, flax, a clean protein powder, and frozen fruit (try mango + pineapple for a tropical vibe!).
Herbs & Citrus: Fresh herbs like mint, parsley, and cilantro combined with lemon help detox the liver and make meals taste bright and fresh.
