Which Supplements Should You Take For Better Health?

When it comes to supplements, everybody’s really individualized and based on how much nutrition you have in your diet.

What I usually recommend for my clients is most people don’t eat enough seafood, so, therefore, they’re low in omega-3s. 

There are two different types of omega-3s that you can buy…some come from fish, but some now come from algae, and algae is a source of omega-3s for the fish, that’s why fish are a great source of omega-3s. 

So this is something that I recommend my clients consume because no one’s eating enough omega-3 fatty acids so we supplement with the things that we don’t.
