YES: Coffee is the leading source of antioxidants.
Where people go “wrong” is with the creamers, sugars/syrups, alternative “healthy” milks, and artificial sweeteners.
My go-to coffee order? Black coffee. Need some milk? Keep it organic and clean. Read ingredient lists, don’t assume.
