Each month I like to give myself a challenge. Since TONS of my clients ask about smoothies, I decided to make it my new morning ritual in January. Now that it’s completed, I’ve gotta say not only was it fun (and superfood filled) but I am also kinda hooked. Below is my favorite recipe. Give it a go and let us know how you like it!
Mellow Green Protein
10 oz homemade almond milk
1 scoop Moon Juice Blue Adaptogen Protein
1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen
1 tbsp chia OR 1/4 Avocado
Handful frozen kale or spinach
Handful frozen cauliflower
1/2 tsp bee pollen
Lots of cinnamon
Nub each fresh ginger and turmeric
1/2 pkg Inner Eco green coconut
Dash cayenne (I know 🔥🔥)
Few drops stevia
Blend, add more liquid as needed, add silicone straw and GULP!
Take away, I like less fruit and more spice
